University of Science and Culture

The University of Science and Culture (USC), affiliated with ACECR, has over 30 years of experience in education and research, focusing on innovation and entrepreneurship. It ranks first in innovation, 22nd among Iranian universities, and 653rd globally according to SCImago. USC offers 105 fields of study for around 10,000 students, supported by 800 faculty members. The university also promotes cultural and sports activities, featuring student publications and various teams. Notably, USC faculty are recognized in the top 1% of scientists in computer science, with significant contributions to research publications.

    Why USC

    The University of Science and Culture

    The University of Science and Culture, in its third decade of activity, is moving forward with the goals of quantitative expansion, institutionalizing quality education, and promoting applied research in line with advanced universities around the world. It aims to train and supply part of the specialized workforce needed by society in the path of entrepreneurship. The university strives to be among the third-generation universities (entrepreneurial) and to play a more significant role in modern education, job creation, technology development, and the creation of social value.

    International Collaborations

    Utilizing the experiences and scientific achievements of other countries is one of the key strategies of the University of Science and Culture. To this end, the university plans to hold joint long-term and short-term educational courses with reputable global universities to enter international arenas. The University of Science and Culture aims to enhance the quality and expand its educational and research activities by signing contracts and cooperation agreements with universities such as UPM and USM in Malaysia, Warwick and Sheffield in the UK, Mälardalen in Sweden, IMC in Austria, EUA in Armenia, and MODUL in Austria.

    Interaction with research institutes and research centers

    The University of Science and Culture leverages the software and hardware capabilities of research institutes and centers of Jihad University, such as Royan Institute, the National Center for Genetic Resources and Biotechnology of Iran, Ibn Sina Institute, the Technology Development Research Institute, the Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences, the Tourism Research Institute, and the Institute of Culture and Art in conducting graduate programs. This collaboration has significantly contributed to the enhancement of the quality of the university’s educational courses.
