University of Science and Culture is one of the higher education institutions in Iran, established with the aim of providing advanced education and scientific research. With its dynamic educational environment, experienced faculty, and modern facilities, this university is a suitable option for students interested in pursuing undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degrees.

University of Science and Culture, with a history of thirty years, is one of the universities officially recognized by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology in Iran. Structurally affiliated with the Jihad University, the credibility of University of Science and Culture stems from two aspects: on one hand, it is regarded as one of the best private universities in the country under the high supervision of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology; on the other hand, it has an organizational connection to one of the successful and reputable educational and research institutions in the country, Academic Center for Education, Culture and Research(ACECR)

In addition to the high quality of education and the academic level of its faculty members, one of the scientific advantages of the university is its unique structural situation, which allows it to leverage the scientific capacities of the research institutions affiliated with ACECR. In this regard, University of Science and Culture seeks to enhance its quality through collaboration with scientific entities such as Royan Research Institute, Avicenna Research Institute, and the Medicinal Plants Research Institute, achieving significant success in various scientific fields.

The University of Science and Culture has been recognized as the top university in innovation in the country for three consecutive years (2019, 2020, and 2021) in the SCIMAGO University ranking in Spain. Furthermore, it has achieved the first rank in the latest ranking of universities and non-profit institutions in the country according to the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC). The University of Science and Culture also has specialized institutions with entrepreneurial and job creation capacities, such as the National Park of Soft Technologies and Cultural Industries, and the Business Development Foundation, each of which can serve as a platform for receiving and nurturing various student ideas.

Currently, the University of Science and Culture comprises six specialized faculties: the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, the Faculty of Art and Architecture, the Faculty of Humanities, the Faculty of Law, the Faculty of Life Sciences and New Technologies, and the Faculty of Tourism. It offers over 95 academic programs across various levels of education. The university currently has approximately 9,000 male and female students enrolled in different fields and levels of study.

Currently, there are 55 master’s degree programs authorized by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology at the University of Science and Culture. In the Faculty of Art and Architecture, there are 10 active master’s programs, including Dramatic Literature, Book Design, Visual Communication, Painting, Architectural Engineering, Landscape Architectural Engineering, Interior Architecture, Textile and Clothing Design, Art Research, and Handicrafts.

In the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, there are 17 active master’s programs, which include Pharmaceutical Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Applied Design, Safety Engineering, Environmental Health Engineering, Computer Engineering with four specializations: Software, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Robotics, Information Technology Engineering in E-Commerce, Electrical Engineering with two specializations: Power Systems and Digital Electronic Systems, Industrial Engineering with four specializations: Production and Service Systems, Logistics and Supply Chain, Financial Systems, and Engineering Management, and Civil Engineering with four specializations: Structures, Earthquake Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, and Construction Management.

The Faculty of Humanities offers 10 active master’s programs, which include Accounting, Business Management with two specializations: Strategy and Organizational Behavior and Human Resources, Industrial Management with a focus on Project Management, Psychology with two specializations: Clinical Psychology and Family Clinical Psychology, Human Resource Development and Training, Higher Education Management and Planning, Cultural Studies, and Sports Management with a focus on Marketing and Sports Communications.

In the Faculty of Law, there are 6 active master’s programs, including Private Law, Criminal Law and Criminology, E-Commerce Law, Oil and Gas Law, Medical Law, and Public Law.

The Faculty of Tourism offers 3 active master’s programs, which are Tourism Entrepreneurship, and Tourism Management with two specializations: Tourism Marketing and Tourism Development Planning.

In the Faculty of Life Sciences and New Technologies, there are 9 active master’s programs, including Cell and Molecular Biology, Animal Cellular and Developmental Biology, Microbial Biotechnology, Stem Cell Technology and Tissue Regeneration, Microbiology of Pathogenic Microorganisms, Genetics, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, and Chemistry with a specialization in Phytochemistry.

Currently, based on information from the HES system of the Ministry of Science, there are approximately 120 faculty members engaged in educational and research activities at the University of Science and Culture. In addition to this number of faculty members, the university also utilizes the expertise of renowned professors and graduates with doctoral degrees from other universities in the country as visiting faculty for teaching purposes.
